PADS (Public Action To Deliver Shelter) In Kendall County
PADS provides free safe shelter, food and hospitality to people who need temporary help from mid-October – mid-April. Harvest has joined with six other churches as the site locations for each night of the week during these months. Harvest is open on Tuesday evenings, from 7 pm to Wednesday morning at 7 am. For more information you may call Kendall Country Food Pantry @ 630/553-0473 or go to the website, www.kendallcares.org.
We are committed to providing food and related products to families who are temporarily or permanently disadvantaged due to layoff, loss of job, physical disability, medical emergency, separation, or any other situation that results in a loss of income. Groceries are distributed free of charge. Under no circumstance can this food be sold, traded, or bartered for other products or services. We at Harvest believe this is just another way we can show the love of our Savior in a tangible manner. Food Pantry is open for residents of Kendall County on most 4th Fridays of each month at 1:30 pm. Check the website calendar for current dates or call the church office for more information.
